Submission Policies:

Comments, Happily Ever After and other stories, ideas, suggestions, and any other materials submitted (collectively, “Submissions”) via reMarriagemag.com or via unsolicited email will not be returned. Comments to blogs, articles, and the like will not be kept confidential. Other submissions will not be kept confidential, unless you specifically request confidentiality when you initially correspond with us. All Submissions may be used on www.reMarriagemag.com and be distributed in all markets and media worldwide and in perpetuity. By your submission, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Unless you specify otherwise, you also consent to your name and geographic location possibly being published in connection with the publication or distribution of your Submission(s).

1. reMarriage is not obligated to use your Submission or pay you for any Submission.

2. All Submissions shall become the property of reMarriage. They may be edited for length, clarity or functionality. Submissions will not be kept confidential, and indeed may be shared with and used by the staff of reMarriage. reMarriage shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of information contained in any Submission that you submit.

3. reMarriage shall exclusively own all known or later-existing rights to Submissions worldwide. reMarriage is entitled to the unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose in all media now known or later created without compensation to the provider of any Submissions.

4. By providing a Submission, you represent that you are at least 21 years old.

5. No Submission may contain any material that is abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, invades a person’s privacy, violates any law (including any intellectual property or other property rights), or is known to be false.
