What We Collect
When you order a subscription, we ask for your name, mailing address, email address, and your credit card information/billing address. This enables us to process and fulfill your order. When placing an online order for a subscription, we ask for your email address so we can communicate about your order and subscription. We also ask whether we may contact you about any future products or services offered by Remarriage LLC. If you are purchasing a gift subscription, we ask for the recipients email address to notify them of the gift subscription.Your credit card purchase is made via the payment service provider, PayPal.
Protection of Your Personal Information
We do not share any personal information, including name, mailing address, email address, credit card information, and billing address, with any other marketers. We may send you an email regarding your order and subscription if you indicated the option “yes” when ordering. We may send you an email regarding future products or services if you indicated the option “yes” when ordering. If you do not want to be contacted about future products or services from Remarriage or about your subscription, please ensure you click on “no” when asked during the online subscription order process. To change your email list preference after your subscription ordering process has been completed, you can email us at customerservice@remarriagemagazine.com and request that your email address be removed from our list.
Demographic Data
We occasionally will compile survey or demographic data to determine how to best meet the needs of our readership. This information is NOT linked specifically to a particular customer. We do NOT analyze names or credit card information.
Security
We keep and store your personal subscription information on a secure, offline database at Remarriage’s office. No outside party is ever given access to your information unless it is for the sole purpose of fulfilling your subscription order. Your credit card information, is located on a secure server provided by PayPal, a payment service provider.
